Welcome to 1027 West Ashley on Folly Beach. This fantastic 6 bedroom ocean-front home has will be a repeat family destination for years to come. Located on the quiet West end of Folly Beach this home sleeps a total of 16 guests. Ocean-front with private boardwalk this home has everything you would anticipate in a high-end rental on Folly Beach!
Upon arriving at the home you will notice the large porches that provide stunning ocean and Folly River views. The decks have plenty of seating and space to enjoy the outdoors and time with family and friends. Inside you will enjoy the open floorplan that encompasses both the kitchen and living area of the home. The kitchen includes 2 refrigerators and 2 built in ovens to ensure there is room to cook and store enough to provide for the whole family. Farmhouse style table and built in bar will be the perfect spot for family meals that may linger late into the night.
Two of the 6 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first includes access to the porch and has king bed with private bath. The second room has two twins and access to the common area hall bath. Upstairs there are two rooms with kings and ocean views, one includes private bath. The 5th bedroom has queen bed. The final bedroom is a large rom with 2 queen beds and bunk bed set with full and twin on top. Room includes gaming area with game console and large flat-screen TV. All bedrooms include flat-screen TV’s for added convenience. New linens in all of the rooms make this already great house even more comfortable.
House includes all of the modern conveniences of home such as Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Corn-hole set is provided on the porch as well as private outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a long day on the beach.
