Tempura Vegetables & a Trio of Sauces $8

Tempura battered carrots, zucchini, and squash served with a trio of sauces: House-made peppercorn ranch, tomato butter, and stone-ground mustard.

Citrus Scallop Ceviche $10

Traditional Latin-American dish featuring fresh scallops, onions, tomatoes and citrus juices, layered with parmesan crisps.

Sesame Seed Encrusted Tuna Filet $11

3 oz sashimi grade Tuna filet encrusted with black and white sesame seeds and lightly grilled. Served with an Asian slaw and a ginger-soy dipping sauce.

Smoked Salmon Cone $9

In-House Smoked Salmon blended with fresh dill, cream cheese, capers, and lemon juice encased in a phyllo crust and baked to perfection. Topped with a green herb salsa.

Peppercorn Encrusted Beef Tenderloin $12

A 3 oz. Portion of beef tenderloin encrusted with black peppercorns and grilled to temp. Accompanied by a Tortilla potato cake and topped with a Madeira wine sauce.

Half rack of pork spare ribs. Seasoned with a house made, five spice Asian rub, accompanied by an oriental dipping sauce.

Spinach and Poultry Spring Rolls $8

Sautéed chicken, fresh spinach, apple smoked bacon, corn, and fresh mozzarella wrapped in a wonton wrapper and lightly fried. Served with a spicy Chipotle pepper puree.

Mushroom and Goat Cheese Ravioli $9

Six jumbo house-made ravioli stuffed with a mushroom medley (portabella, button, and porcini) and fresh goat cheese. Topped with a house-made tomato sauce.

Fresh Dill and Poultry sandwich $7

A grilled 5 oz chicken breast topped with dill and roasted red pepper cream cheese spread on grilled sourdough. Served with fresh cut sweet potato chips.

Fresh Strawberry and Lavender Sorbet $5

Fresh local strawberries and lavender pureed and then frozen.

Key Lime Mousse $6

House-made mousse served with a graham cracker and cinnamon crumble.

Mascarpone Custard with Seasonal Berries $6
