Summer 5/24/12 - 8/17/12 - $2,375.
Late Summer 8/18/12 - 8/31/12 - $2,219.
Labor Day 9/1/12 - 9/4/12 - $2,375.

All Summer and Holiday Weeks are 7 day rentals. 12.5% taxes additional.
