Come visit our tastefully furnished vacation property on the beautiful Folly River, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. A marina and crabbing/fishing dock is directly outside or you can watch the gorgeous sunset views from our private deck and screened porch. Boaters can make arrangements for a slip through us, we also own a 30 ft slip directly behind the condo. Guests also have full use of the on-site, Olympic-size pool and tennis courts steps away from our unit. We also supply 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach bag w/towels anything else you can get from Summerrentals.com and they deliver and pick up free.
King size bed in the master and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa bed.
All of the flooring and carpet has been updated recently.

Winter .. November 2012-February 2013... $600/week.
Spring .. March 2012-May 2012........... $900/week.
Summer .. June 2012-August 20, 2012 ..... $1000/week.
SC Rental Tax of 12% Applies Plus Cleaning Fee for Less Then weekly Rental $100.
Thanksgiving & Christmas week $850.a week.Security Deposit of $250.
Nightly Rates ... From $150/Night (with a Three Night Minimum).
