This beautiful southern home is off the beaten path just 3 blocks from the ocean. Surrounded by the beauty and charm of 100 year old oaks, it is both peaceful and mordern. The front porch is large with plenty of seating and shaded by the oaks for a great afternoon gathering. The home has an large open floor plan with room for everyone. The eat in kitchen has all of the modern appliances. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and opens onto the pool. This beautiful pool is heated It has a very spacious and beautifully designed Master bathroom. There is another bedroom on the first floor which has two twin beds. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Another full bathroom is between them. There is also another screened porch on the back of the house which looks onto the pool and deck area. This wonderful home has it all. The beach is within walking distance, and with this awesome home you would have the best of both worlds for creating those wonderful vacation memories on Folly Beach.
