There is no place like Folly Beach…it is truly an escape from real life!!! We would like to place our condo for sale for a family to co-own. This condo is in Mariners Cay condo community, just ¼ mile off Folly Beach. The community has a very nice, big pool and tennis courts. There is boat access and a dock is necessary to head out in your boat to go exploring.
Our condo is on the first floor with elevator access. Below the first floor is car parking. This condo has its own storage room and parking below. The pool is just right outside our condo door. This beautiful place has two nice bedrooms with two full baths. It is newly decorated and painted with great amenities. The view of the lush green marsh is so relaxing from the dining and living areas. There is a nice patio with marsh views as well, with access from the living area or one of the bedrooms.
Mariners Cay is located so nicely. Just a nice walk to Folly Beach and all it has to offer. Or, if you would like to go to Downtown Charleston and enjoy some history or fine dining it is a ten minute drive.
